If your vehicle was impounded, you will need to come to the Tallmadge Police Department in person to sign a release for you vehicle. The signed release is required in order to retrieve your vehicle from the tow company holding the vehicle and cannot be released without it. As the vehicle owner, if your vehicle was towed due to driving under suspension (DUS), operating the vehicle while intoxicated (OVI), or Wrongful Entrustment, in certain cases your car cannot be released until at least your initial appearance in court answering to those charges.
The court may issue you a vehicle release document at that time that you must present in person at the police department, or, the court may order that your car be immobilized for up to 180 days, or forfeited, depending upon prior DUS or OVI offenses. -

Ohio law requires all drivers to stop immediately after an accident and exchange information with the other party(s). If you wish an accident report, call the police. If the vehicles are drivable, move the cars off the roadway to prevent the occurrence of another accident.
Leaving the scene of an accident prior to either exchanging information or calling the police is considered a hit-skip. -

You may sign the waiver and mail it with your payment to the Tallmadge Police Department or pay in person at the station. Payment may be made by check or cash (exact amount only). If paying by check, please make payable to City of Tallmadge and reference the parking citation number in the memo area of the check.Police Department - Vehicle Related
The fees are calculated based on the length of time that passed between receiving the citation, and the time when it is paid: - Within 72 hours: $5 - After 72 hours but within 30 days: $10 - After 30 days: $100
If the citation falls within Code 351.23 (Handicapped Parking Only) - Within 72 hours: $50 - After 72 hours but within 30 days: $75 - After 30 days: $100 - The fine for a third violation of Tallmadge City Code 351.23, or any other violation within a calendar year and every violation thereafter: $100
If payment is not received within 45 days following the violation, a citation to the Stow Municipal Court will be issued. -
You may renew 90 days prior to the expiration date. After your expiration date, there is no “grace” period, and you can be cited for having an expired driver license.Police Department - Vehicle Related

On Ohio registered vehicles, window tint must allow 50% light transmittance on the rear and side windows, and 70% transmittance on the windshield. In other words, the tint cannot be darker than 50% on the side and back, and 30% on the windshield.Police Department - Vehicle Related
Remember that auto glass is slightly tinted from the factory, and will make the tint you apply on your windows darker than advertised by the tint manufacturer.
Additionally, no reflective material is permitted on any part of the windows and decals are prohibited on the rear window and below the Approved Safety Glass (AS1) line on the front windshield, except a State of Ohio Vehicle Inspection sticker.
